Canal Point (unincorporated) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Canal Point (unincorporated) rose by $40,270 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,270 - a 55.9% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Canal Point (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018, as well.
