Pahokee home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Pahokee rose by $31,250 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,750 - a 46.3% increase over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pahokee in the second quarter of 2018.
