Boca Raton (unincorporated) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Boca Raton (unincorporated) fell by $415 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 1,320 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 0.2% decrease over the $260,415 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,100 homes sold in Boca Raton (unincorporated) in the first half of 2018.
