Pahokee home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Pahokee fell by $6,650 while total sales increased by 57.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,350 - a 8.9% decrease over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Pahokee in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Pahokee for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $785, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
