Pahokee home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Pahokee fell by $1,400 while total sales decreased by 46.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,100 - a 2.7% decrease over the $51,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Pahokee in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Pahokee for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $785, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
