On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Avon Park High School standout Brad Benton’s current college team, the Lynn Fighting Knights, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Catawba Indians.

The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Indians this season.

The Fighting Knights’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 12 p.m. at Lynn Baseball Field against Delta State Statesmen.
