On Sunday, March 2, former Labelle High School standout Marissa Burchard’s current college team, the UTEP Miners, lost 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Grand Canyon Antelopes.

The game took place at GCU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Antelopes this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 4 p.m. at Helen of Troy Softball Complex against Louisiana Tech Lady Bulldogs.
