On Friday, March 14, former Labelle High School standout Marissa Burchard’s current college team, the UTEP Miners, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Louisiana Tech Lady Bulldogs.

The game took place at Helen of Troy Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Lady Bulldogs this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 3 p.m. at Helen of Troy Softball Complex against Louisiana Tech Lady Bulldogs.
