On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Labelle High School standout Marissa Burchard’s current college team, the UTEP Miners, lost 10-9 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.

The game took place at Helen of Troy Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Gauchos this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. at Helen of Troy Softball Complex against UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.
