On Friday, Feb. 7, former Labelle High School standout Marissa Burchard’s current college team, the UTEP Miners, won 14-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Kansas City Roos.

The game took place at Helen of Troy Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Roos this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. at Helen of Troy Softball Complex against UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.
