On Friday, March 28, former Labelle High School standout Marissa Burchard’s current college team, the UTEP Miners, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Liberty Lady Flames.

The game took place at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lady Flames this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium against Liberty Lady Flames.
