The facility shared this ranking with Legacy at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Ce as well as Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
The facility offered 180 available beds, which is 66 more than the Palm Beach County average for the same quarter. An average of 157 residents were assisted by the center during that time.
CMS assigned Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehab Center an overall rating of 3 out of 5, falling short of the Florida nursing home average rating of 3.3.
For the quarter, The Joseph L Morse Health Center, Inc. had the most available beds at 230, making it the county’s largest nursing home, while Darcy Hall of Life Care ranked second with 220 available beds.
Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehab Center accumulated $16,152 in fines and received two penalties during the reporting period up to Q1 2026.

“Living a long life is something that many of us want and could get,” Jesse Slome, executive director of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance, said. “But when we live a long life, the chances of us needing long-term care increase exponentially. But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
