On Friday, March 21, former Labelle High School standout Marissa Burchard’s current college team, the UTEP Miners, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Kentucky Lady Toppers.

The game took place at Helen of Troy Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Lady Toppers this season.

The Miners’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 3 p.m. at Helen of Troy Softball Complex against Western Kentucky Lady Toppers.
